Experience in end-to-end US IT & Non-IT Recruitment
Extensive experience in working with direct clients & Tier1 vendors.
Assisting in generating leads from the conversation with candidates.
Ability to interact, develop network & get the best resource for any given requirement.
Screening, short-listing, Sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites & referrals.
Building & maintaining the database of contacts & resumes and other information.
Contacting candidates, following up with candidates and managing candidate pipeline, scheduling interviews.
Excellent Negotiation skills.
Excellent knowledge of Job portal searches on monster, career builder, dice etc.
Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2 terms.
Must be result oriented & able to reach monthly targets.
Posting job descriptions on job boards & tracking posting status & results.
Must be a Team Player


1-3 years of experience ; Must be comfortable to work in US shift
