COBIT Assessment & Implementation Services
intiGrow follows a structured approach in it engagement for the implementation of COBIT. It involves hand-holding the organization through a life-cycle of assessment, rating, advising and review process. The intiGrow approach includes business risk so that organizations can leverage the power of COBIT by focusing their energy on the control objectives that are most applicable to their business environments and risk tolerance. Through review and analysis we will assess 34 control objectives and supporting 215 detailed objectives with the four domains of:
♦ Planning & Organization
♦ Acquire & Implement
♦ Deliver & Support
♦ Monitor & Evaluate
After rating each of the 34 processes on a maturity scale a gap analysis report will be compiled which will identify the keys areas to be addressed. Core and supporting processes will be identified. These identified processes and procedures will then be aligned with the objectives of the framework. Improvements to these processes are planned and implemented based on the controls objectives defined in the framework. A performance measurement framework with metrics for appropriate measurement of the effectiveness of the processes is developed. Tasks aimed at evaluating the effectiveness and bringing in improvements are designed and implemented. This would ensure that the COBIT implementation is sustained and achieves the objective of improving the efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
